Emotional Transformational Therapy (ETT®)
REACH A POSITIVE EMOTIONAL STATE
Emotional Transformation Therapy® (ETT®), a therapeutic method incorporating the use of light, color wavelengths, and eye movements, aims to rapidly transform emotional distress and related physical pain into a positive emotional state.
ETT® is documented to transform both emotional and physical pain through these interventions of light, color and eye movement. With this kind of brain stimulation, ETT® often drastically speeds up access to new and helpful insights that exceed traditional talk therapies. This modality can be seen as a form of biofeedback where integration and strengthening of neurological activity can sidestep intellect and target specific parts of the brain for high levels of distress reduction.

Perinatal Psychiatry
YOU ARE NOT ALONE
While many parents experience some mild mood changes during or after the birth of a child, 15 to 20% of women experience more significant symptoms of depression or anxiety. Please know that with informed care you can prevent a worsening of these symptoms and can fully recover. There is no reason to continue to suffer.
Parents of every culture, age, income level and race can develop perinatal mental health disorders. Symptoms can appear any time during pregnancy and the first 12 months after childbirth. There are effective and well-researched treatment options to help you recover. Although the term “postpartum depression” is most often used, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders is the broader term that includes all the mental health conditions that can occur or worsen during this time.
These conditions include:
Perinatal PTSD
Perinatal Bipolar mood disorders
Postpartum psychosis
Perinatal depression
Perinatal anxiety
Perinatal OCD
1 in 5 moms and 1 in 10 dads experience postpartum depression. Help is available. You can feel better.
Monét has partnered with individuals and families to provide perinatal support for over 20 years. She keeps current as an international board certified lactation consultant. She is committed to the improvement of maternity care and maternal mental health.
Returning Citizens/ Formerly incarcerated
Find inner peace
Coming home may have been the most anticipated time of one’s life while incarcerated, yet coming home can be a difficult adjustment and also be the time when symptoms of PTSD begin to surface. Dealing with feelings of blame, shame, and guilt while trying to re-enter or re-create oneself is challenging. You are not alone. Monét can partner with you during this time of adjustment to help you enjoy the freedom you deserve. Don’t let yourself be held back or trapped by your trauma. Therapies including ETT® and KAP can be highly effective in alleviating the trauma response and allowing for inner peace and emotional freedom.
Monét works closely with and can connect you with other forms of support including Transformational Prison Project TPP.
